Shipping Policy
We try to ship your potatoes as soon as possible after you place your order. This will however be weather dependant. If frost is looking likely, we would hold your order back. We use couriers to deliver and can't always guarantee that they will be protected from frost. All of our orders are delivered by APC who have given us brilliant service over the last few years.

Please note that we can only ship to Mainland Great Britain with Standard Shipping. If you need us to ship to an offshore island, please select Offshore Islands.
Mainland UK
Up to 6kg costs £6, 6.1kg to 20kg costs £7 and over 20kg costs £12.
Offshore Islands UK
Up to 20kg costs £16 and over 20kg costs £20

Return & Exchange Policy
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your delivery, please just drop us an email and we'll do what we can to rectify the problem. Our policy is pretty simple; we treat people how we'd like to be treated ourselves. This has always served us well.
